Cancellation Policy
14 Day Flexible cancellation
Full payment taken at the time of booking by credit card number using our secure online payment. If the booking is cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice prior to 2pm check in, there is no penalty and a full refund less any fees will be processed. Any cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of the full reservation amount.
Prepaid Rate Reservations
Full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
No-Show Policy
In case you fail to arrive for your reservation, the full price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation/no-show fee.
