Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged the first night of the accommodation amount.
Any cancellations within 72 hours of your expected arrival will not receive a refund of deposit.

Any cancellation for bookings falling upon the Christmas Period (20th December - 20th January inclusive) and Public Holiday Weekends (Waitangi, Easter,Queens birthday weekend,Matariki, Labour and Canterbury Anniversary weekends), 7 days notice prior to arrival date is required to be eligible for a refund of deposit
No refunds and/or discounts for late arrivals, early departures due to weather disruptions or change of mind, or no shows
