If your plans change, please call us to cancel or amend your booking at least 72 hours prior to your day of arrival. No refund for cancellations with less than 72hrs notice.
Exceptions of the 72hr cancellation policy:
- Summer peak season (24th Dec - second Sunday of Jan)
- Big festivals (Juicy, Kingston Calling, Bay Dreams, Jazz Festival, etc...)
- All public holidays
Bookings made for this period are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations are not allowed. The property will charge the full amount at any time after the booking has been made. In case your card is not valid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your booking.
