Dog friendly! Well-behaved dogs are welcome, always on a lead. Over peak summer (20 December to 15 January) we're dog-free, but give us a call and we'll see what we can do. Guide and assistance dogs are always welcome.

Directions
From Whanganui, head north-west on Rapanui Road and follow the signs to Mowhanau Drive and Kai Iwi Beach. It's about a 15 minute drive.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Off-peak, cancel 72 hours or more before arrival for a full refund less a $20 admin fee; with less notice the one-night deposit is kept. Summer peak (20 Dec to 15 Jan), long weekends and public holidays: cancel 7 days or more before arrival for a full refund less a $20 admin fee; with less notice there is no refund unless we can re-let the site. Shortening a stay counts as cancelling those nights. A deposit is required to confirm your booking; we will email you the amount and due date.
Bookit’s Amendments and Cancellations
Cancellation policies are specific to each supplier and are detailed on the payment confirmation page prior to final booking confirmation.
Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
For amendments of bookings additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment.
If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
