Surfsup New Zealand is qualmark certified and has be endorsed as a Silver visitor activity. We have been offering kayaking and stand up paddleboard (SUP) tours in Whangamata since 2015. We offer tours of all levels and abilities to Whenuakura (Donut) Island, Otahu River and the Whangamata Harbour.
Our professional and knowledgeable tour guides provide both serenity and adventure with kayak or stand up paddleboard eco-tours and rentals that are fun, informative, and family-friendly.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
These policies applies for all bookings:
» If a customer cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival day, loss of 100% of the ticket.
» No refunds or credits will be provided if you fail to advise any amendments to the booking or fail to report at the venue of the operator with the appropriate vouchers issued for that booking on the day and/or time booked.
» If Surfsup cancels your tour or booking due to weather conditions, Surfsup will refund your deposit in full.
DISCOVER WHANGAMATA - BOAT TOUR Terms
The East Coast of Whangamata is exposed to large swells and high winds. Should the conditions on the day not be suitable for this specific trip we will happily refund any payment made or fit you into the next suitable slot, or alternatively take you on a Harbour Cruise. Please call before to confirm your booking as weather can change very quickly.
