• All prices valid to 30th of June, yearly, and are subject to change thereafter.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your flight time.
• If you are late, be prepared to wait until all other parties are in before we get to you.
• When purchasing this product you are purchasing a seat in the helicopter only, you may have other clients in the helicopter with you depending on loads, weights and bookings on the day.
• Due to changeable weather conditions we sometimes are not able to fly. In the case of unsuitable weather you are able to either hold your booking in credit to be used at a later date or have the booking refunded.
• All clients must come prepared for cold weather no matter the forecast. Being an alpine environment the weather is changeable and you are expected to be prepared for both hot and cold conditions.
• If you do not show up for your pre-arranged flight time booking is non-refundable.
• Cancellation of your booking within 72 hours is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 72 hours or more prior to your booking is fully refundable.
• We have EFTPOS / Visa / Mastercard available at the hanger. We cannot accept American Express Payments. All credit card transactions occur a 2% surcharge.
