Warm, comfortable and ready to explore. We provide quality snorkelling gear, including full 3–4 mm wetsuits, so you can stay comfortable and spend more time enjoying what's beneath the surface. Our in water platform makes it easy to get in and out, no ladder climbing!

We take you to the spectacular marine reserve at Maunganui Bay (Deep Water Cove), out past the main group of Islands, where the underwater world can come alive the moment you put your face in the water. With a huge amount of fish often appearing straight away, it's an incredible introduction to the marine life of the Bay.

And there's more than one way to explore. We visit two different snorkelling spots, including an impressive natural archway, and offer the chance to hand-feed fish their natural food, kina (sea urchins), for a fascinating glimpse into their underwater world.

It's the little things that make a big difference, too. After your snorkel, warm up with a fresh hot-water rinse and a cup of hot soup. It might sound simple, but after time in the water, you'll understand why it's such a welcome treat!

Departures are available from both Paihia and Russell. Want to make a day of it? You can even choose to be dropped off at Otehei Bay on Urupukapuka Island, where you can enjoy the café, explore the island walks or find your own peaceful spot to soak up the scenery.
